The Human Encyclopedia and Johnny Appleseed of Kenpo Karate! Grandmaster Al Tracy's Video reference series are now available from the Chop Shop. This video series contains detailed "private lessons" starring the Grandmaster himself explaining in great detail not only how the techniques are to be learned and performed, but also why they are done the way they are, and the significance of each individual movement. This video series contains an incredible amount of detailed information. Keep in mind these videos are not intended as a show of the Instructors ability. The material is done at a slow deliberate pace to allow the viewer to be able to follow along easily and to undersand what is being shown and explained without undue difficulty.

Uniforms also. The jackets are available in all Black, Black with White trim, and Black with Red Trim. The pants are available with either a traditional, or elastic ribbed ankle.
